Shane Clement, Sales – Conroe, Texas

Shane joined the Lincoln Companies team in 2017 as part of our high-potential training program, and prior to his promotion to the sales team he helped to restructure the company’s purchasing function, serving as the head of purchasing for 2 years. His work ethic and self-determination have allowed him to excel in his tasks, and we are excited for the future of our sales team with Shane as a part of the group.  He has proven during his time at Lincoln that he believes in, and enhances our philosophies of Honesty, Integrity, Quality and Safety in our business pursuits.

When Shane is away from work he enjoys hunting and fishing, and is an avid Houston Texans and Houston Astros fan, as well as a die-hard Texas A&M Aggies fan.
