King Lumber

In late 2019 King Lumber was acquired by The Lincoln Companies to further penetrate the 1” board market, previously served solely from Lincoln’s Jasper, Texas facility. King Lumber has a rich history of providing quality wood products to the market for over 45 years, and shares Lincoln’s business philosophies of honesty, integrity, and quality of products and services to both their customers and business partners. Lincoln was proud to be able to partner with them to expand our footprint in the Southern United States with their high-quality assets.

Bringing King’s expertise and technical experience to the Lincoln family of companies has been a great benefit to both organizations and will continue to provide exceptional benefit to the enterprise and our stakeholders for years to come. Likewise, bringing Lincoln’s corporate structure and scale to King’s operations allow all involved to capitalize on the combined strengths of the organizations, and to realize not just market share gains but true value gains for our suppliers and customers alike.

All of Lincoln’s 1” offerings are now branded under the King Lumber umbrella, and from our combined production facilities in Forest, Mississippi, Jasper, Texas and Crockett, Texas we have the capability of producing in excess of 50 million board feet of 1” Southern Yellow Pine boards through the plants on an annual basis. Beyond the production, King’s operations have contracts for logistics with internal and external fleets to provide quick delivery to our customers. The dimensions and grades offered include:

• 1×4: D Grade, #2, and #3/#4 mix
• 1×6: D Grade, #2, and #3/#4 mix
• 1×8: D Grade, #2, and #3/#4 mix
