Kim Russ, Corporate Controller, The Lincoln Companies

Kim joined the Lincoln family in 2016 to head our finance and accounting team, and from the day she started we have been a better organization with her leading the group.  After only a short time at Lincoln, Kim has already redesigned our accounting structure and implemented a new ERP system to enable us to be more efficient with our time and capital resources.  Kim brings 17 years of corporate financial experience to Lincoln, having served as a Controller or Accounting manager with several large corporations including, most recently, Crane Energy Flow Solutions.  Kim also has several years of corporate banking experience, and has been integral in numerous acquisition events during her career.  Kim graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a B.A. in Accounting, and holds a CPA License in both Texas and Iowa.

During Kim’s time away from work she enjoys spending time with her husband and children, as well as spending time in the outdoors and rooting for the Iowa State Cyclones.
