Natalie Kelly, HR Generalist

Natalie started in the summer of 2023 with Lincoln Companies, taking over human resources duties for the organization, but has been a part of the Lincoln family much longer as she is married to the president, Jim. Natalie is a graduate of Sam Houston State University, with a BA in Interior Design.

Natalie is also the chair of the Spring Soiree for the MISD Education Foundation Board, and she is moving up to secretary this year.  She and her daughter are also involved in the National Charity League (NCL) Monarchs Chapter where they serve the community through regular philanthropic events. This coming year, she will be the Co-Grade Level Advisor for 9th grade girls.

She and Jim have been married for 22 years have three wonderful children, the oldest of which is headed off to Texas A&M. In her spare time, Natalie enjoys hanging out with her family on the lake, hunting or just relaxing at home.
