Raulie Bleech, Plant Manager – Union Point, Georgia Plant

Raulie comes to Lincoln with over 25 years in the lumber industry, proving himself as a capable and effective leader over his tenure with many large corporations including Weyerhaeuser and Georgia Pacific.  During 2016 Raulie managed the startup of our Union Point, Georgia facility, to include the purchasing and installation of our production equipment as well as construction of a talented group of professionals to staff the plant.  Along with his right hand man, Skip Eldredge, Raulie is already leading us towards becoming a more efficient and automated manufacturing organization.  We are lucky to have him as an integral part of the Operations team in Georgia.

When not running the plant Raulie enjoys spending time both with his family and in the great outdoors.
